I’m incredibly excited to share updates about our life-changing initiative — the “Pad a Girl” program — a powerful campaign by The Esther Daniels Ikeme Foundation designed to promote menstrual health, dignity, and hygiene among young girls aged 12–18 years.
With World Menstrual Hygiene Day happening on May 28, we’re raising our voices and support for a cause that matters deeply. Together, we aim to reach 100–200 girls and provide them with access to essential menstrual supplies that many take for granted.
This is more than just giving pads — it’s about restoring confidence, fighting period poverty, and breaking the silence and stigma around menstruation.

What Can You Do for a Girl?
✔️ Donate a pad – ₦1500
✔️ Donate a pad for a full monthly cycle – ₦2500
✔️ Donate a carton of pads (24 pcs) – ₦20,000
✔️ Donate a full year’s supply of pads – ₦36,000
✔️ Donate a complete menstrual kit – ₦25,000
✔️ Donate disposal facilities for a school – ₦300,000 (includes pedal bins and sacks)
Every contribution, big or small, has a direct impact on a girl’s life. Whether it’s one pad or a full menstrual hygiene kit, your generosity helps a girl stay in school, feel confident, and live with dignity.
