The legal representation of businessman Alberto González Amador, partner of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has verbally informed the judge who is investigating him for tax fraud and falsification of documents that he seeks to reach an agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office to receive a sentence that does not involve his imprisonment. . Several sources consulted assure that the conversations between González Amador’s defense and the Prosecutor’s Office are limited, at this moment, to the communication that the defendant’s lawyers have made of their aspirations to the new prosecutor in the case, Diego Lucas. This prosecutor has taken charge of the case after his partner Julián Salto left him after being denounced by Alberto González Amador for revealing secrets. The defendant’s complaint for tax fraud and falsification of documents is related to a press release from the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Madrid denying a hoax spread by the Popular Party, according to which the Prosecutor’s Office had offered an agreement to González Amador, when in reality it was the other way around.

The lawyer of two of them had requested that they testify by videoconference from a court in Marchena and they were summoned again on June 21. The same sources assure that the summons will be changed again so that all those investigated testify on the 24th of next month.
